AI Flows Automation is another business name for Naonis Pty Ltd (ABN 87 666 938 496). Naonis Pty Ltd operates the AI Flows website. This policy explains the personal information we may collect through the website, how we use it, who may help us process it and the choices available to you.
It applies in addition to the website terms and any separate privacy or security terms agreed for a consulting engagement.
Information we collect
When you contact us or use the website, we may collect your name, email address, company name, phone number, location, enquiry and other information you choose to provide. We may also receive meeting preferences and campaign attribution information supplied through a booking or enquiry link.

How we use personal information
We use collected information to respond to enquiries, communicate with prospects and clients, arrange meetings, deliver requested services, maintain security, understand website use and improve our services and website.

Calendly and other providers
The contact page uses Calendly to display availability and process bookings. Calendly receives the information you provide directly to it, along with relevant campaign attribution parameters from the page URL. You can contact us by email or phone instead.
We may use trusted providers for hosting, email, meeting bookings, analytics and other website operations. Providers receive only the information reasonably needed for their purpose. We do not sell personal information.
Analytics and cookies
The website may use Microsoft Clarity, Google Analytics or similar technologies where configured. These technologies help us understand site performance and usage. Cookies and similar storage may also be used for essential website functions.
